Why is this blog called Project Eden?

Eden is a platform about raising awareness about sustainability in our daily lives. Eden means paradise or a perfect world, which we obviously don’t have. But hopefully, by changing our lifestyles and how we treat our environment, we can get a bit closer to a recovering world.

How can I donate money to Project Eden?

Project Eden is a non-profit. All profits from the store goes back into the company. We need your funding in order to continue with our site, and sharing the Project Eden message.

Be the catalyst for change.

I would like to sell something on your store.

At this moment, we are not in collaborating with any new brands or other designers to sell on the Project Eden Store. If you are interested in collaborating, please contact us projectedenhk@gmail.com.

Why are the products so limited?

All items are handmade in very limited quantities, most pieces take around 10 hours to be made. The materials for each garment and accessory is limited, to prevent large amounts of waste. All products are handmade in Hong Kong by the Project Eden founder.

When will a product come back in stock?

Because of a limited about of material, and that the products are made by the Project Eden founder in Hong Kong, the products are made in limited quantities. Once a material is used up, it most likely won’t be purchased again. Every piece is unique and a limited edition, so once it is out of stock, it likely won’t come back.

If you do have any personal inquiries please contact us, and we will put you in-contact with the designer.

Why are your product so expensive?

All materials and final products are at least 90% sustainable. You may notice that none of the products have zippers, and instead-use zipper alternatives for all garments. All products are environmentally sustainable, and hand made in limited quantities. All profits go back into the company, in order to keep the site running, and buy more materials to make new products.

Where are your products in your store from?

All products are handmade by the Project Eden founder.

The founder of Project Eden uses her power, fashion and design, to create change in the fashion industry. She creates all the products by hand, and finds all her biodegradable or eco-conscious materials herself. Fast fashion can be defined as cheap, trendy clothing, that is not made with the best production process. Fast fashion affects human health, human rights, and our environment. Project Eden is a platform about raising awareness about sustainability in our daily lives, especially through fashion and design.
